''United'' is a Network Ten and Amazon Prime Video sports docuseries. In the series, Australian A-League Men side Western United FC, Western United's progress was charted through their 2021–22 Western United FC season, 2021–22 season, after their unenviable 10th-place finish in their 2020–21 Western United FC season, previous season, and to become A-League Men champions for the first time. The series was written and directed by Dan Jones and was executive produced by Silvio Salum and Vasili Papanicolou. The six episodes were released on 7 December 2022. Western United FC
Western United Football Club is an Australian professional Association football, soccer club. The club is based in the western Melbourne suburb of Tarneit, Victoria, Tarneit, the club aims to represent western Victoria, incorporating the western suburbs (Melbourne), western suburbs of Melbourne; the regional cities of Ballarat, and Geelong; and regional and country towns in western Victoria. Adelaide United Football Club is a professional men's Association football, soccer club located in Adelaide, South Australia, Australia. Connor Thomas Pain (born 11 November 1993) is a Hong Kong-born Australian professional football (soccer) player who plays as a forward for Al-Bukiryah. He signed his first professional contract in March 2013 for Melbourne Victory. Pain has made one appearance for Australia, in 2013 against China. Steven Lustica (; born 12 April 1991) is an Australian soccer player who plays as a central midfielder. Club career Gold Coast On 24 April 2009, it was confirmed that Lustica had been signed by Gold Coast United, after impressing United's assistant coach, Paul Okon, during his tenure as under-18s coach at the Australian Olympic Youth Festival. Dylan Wenzel-Halls (born 15 December 1997) is an Australian footballer who plays for the Malaysia Super League club Penang. Léo Lacroix (born 27 February 1992) is a Swiss professional footballer who plays as a defender for Saudi Arabian club Al-Jabalain. Club career On 31 August 2016, Ligue 1 side Saint-Étienne announced that they had reached an agreement for the transfer of Lacroix.
