Uni Hill Factory Outlets is a shopping precinct located in the University Hill area of Bundoora in the outer north eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. Bundoora is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, north-east of Melbourne's Central Business District, located within the Cities of Banyule, Darebin and Whittlesea local government areas.
