''Undaya (The Bullet)'' ( si, උණ්ඩය) is a 2000 Sri Lankan Sinhala drama thriller film directed and produced by K. A. W. Perera. It stars Sangeetha Weeraratne and Priyankara Perera in lead roles along with Sathischandra Edirisinghe and Channa Perera. Music composed by Shelton Premaratne. It is the 930th Sri Lankan film in the Sinhala cinema. The film was previewed and allowed by the Public Performances Board (PPB) in July 1993, however had to wait until 2000 to release the film in theaters. Patikirige Sathischandra Edirisinghe (born 11 February 1941 as Patikirige Sathischandra Edirisinghe, සතිස්චන්ද්ර එදිරිසිංහ) inhalais an actor in Sri Lankan cinema, stage drama and television. Considered one of the earliest pillars of Sri Lankan drama history, Edirisinghe is noted as a highly versatile actor with a career spanning more than five decades. Threeris Hyacinth Wijeratne ( si, හයසින්ත් විජේරත්න; 3 October 1946 – 31 July 2021), was an actress in Sri Lankan cinema, theatre and television. In a career spanned more than four decades, she was known for her breakthrough roles in ''Karumakkarayo'', '' Tharaka Mal'' and '' Ho Gaana Pokuna.'' Personal life Hyacinth Wijeratne was born on 3 October 1946 in Modara, Sri Lanka as the third child of the family. She was educated at Mary Margaret College, Modara (currently known as St. Anthony's College). She later attended St. James' College, Modara for further studies. Dian Hemamali Sangeetha Weeraratne (born December 13, 1973, as ( Sinhala:සංගීතා වීරරත්න) is a Sri Lankan film actress in the Sri Lankan cinema. She made her debut as a sixteen-year-old with Roy de Silva's ''It's a Matter of Time'' opposite Kamal Addararachchi in 1990. However, she earned immense popularity only after performing in H.D. Deepanath Channa Perera (born 16 August 1965 as චන්න පෙරේරා inhala, is an actor in Sri Lankan cinema and television as well as a filmmaker and screenplay writer. One of the most popular villain artists ever in Sri Lankan film history, he had a career for more than three decades as the antagonist.
