Gospel Of Mark
The Gospel of Mark is the second of the four canonical Gospels and one of the three synoptic Gospels, synoptic Gospels. It tells of the ministry of Jesus from baptism of Jesus, his baptism by John the Baptist to his death, the Burial of Jesus, burial of his body, and the discovery of his empty tomb. It portrays Jesus as a teacher, an exorcist, a healer, and a Miracles of Jesus, miracle worker, though it does not mention a virgin birth of Jesus, miraculous birth or Pre-existence of Christ, divine pre-existence. Jesus refers to himself as the Son of Man. He is called the Son of God but keeps Messianic Secret, his messianic nature secret; even his Disciple (Christianity), disciples fail to understand him. All this is in keeping with the Christian interpretation of prophecy, which is believed to foretell the fate of the messiah as a suffering servant. Sinai Peninsula
The Sinai Peninsula, or simply Sinai ( ; ; ; ), is a peninsula in Egypt, and the only part of the country located in Asia. The codex now is located at the Russian National Library (Gr. 280) in Saint Petersburg. It came to Russia from Sinai. Description The codex contains a small parts of the Gospel of Matthew 26:2-4,7-9, on a fragment of one parchment leaf (36 cm by 28 cm). It is written in one column per page, 17 lines per page, in very large uncial letters. The letters are large, it has breathings. From the same manuscript descendant one parchment leaf classified as Uncial 092a. It contains Gospel of Matthew 26:4-7,10-12.
