Ümran Ertiş (born 13 April 1996 in Ankara, Turkey) is a Turkish female para table tennis player of class 10 and Paralympian. Career Ertiş took part at the 2012 Summer Paralympics. Adnan Omran () (born 1934) is a Syrian diplomat and politician who served as information minister from 2000 to 2003. Early life and education Omran was born in 1934. He holds a bachelor's degree in public law, which he received from Syrian University in Damascus in 1956. Then he obtained a diploma in Syrian private law. He also received a diploma in diplomatic studies and international law from Columbia University in New York City in 1964. Career After graduation, Omran began to serve as a member of the permanent mission of Syria to the United Nations in 1964. Omran Sharaf (; born 1984) is an Emirati engineer, space scientist, and government official currently serving as Assistant Foreign Minister for Advanced Science and Technology Affairs in the United Arab Emirates' Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Kamel Omrane (; January 18, 1951 – May 14, 2018) was a Tunisian scholar of Islam and politician. He was the Tunisian Minister of Religious Affairs. Biography He studied at Bardo High School and then at the École Normale Supérieure of Tunis where he obtained a master's degree in Arabic Language and Literature in 1973. In 1980, he received an M.A. in Arabic literature from the Ecole Normale Supérieure de Tunis in 1973 and the agrégation in Arabic language in 1980. He received a PhD in Muslim Civilization in 1994.
