Ulysses Armstrong
General (Ulysses Hadrian Armstrong) is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by Chuck Dixon as an adversary of Batman, the character first appeared in ''Detective Comics'' #654, published in December 1992. Named for the character's gimmick for military strategy and prowess with small arms, stories involving the character often include historic military references and themes. Initially portrayed as a dangerously psychopathic, murderous child, the tone of the General was changed by Dixon himself for later appearances. Return appearances featured the character in issues of '' Robin'' during the mid-1990s, in which Dixon portrayed the character as pompous and childish, rather than maliciously insane. Although still occasionally dangerous and lethal, the graphic violence of the character's criminal behavior was also toned down. Freddie Williams II
Freddie E. Williams II (born May 30, 1977) is an American comic book artist. Williams entered the comic scene in 2005, when he began work with DC Comics on ''Seven Soldiers: Mister Miracle''. He has since gone on to work on several crossover series, including ''Batman/Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles'', ''He-Man/ThunderCats'', ''Injustice vs. Masters of the Universe'', and ''Turtles of Grayskull''. Early life Williams was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, grew up in Kansas City, Kansas, and now lives in Lees Summit, Missouri, with his wife. He was raised in an impoverished single-parent home, and often dreamed of flying away like Superman. His sister supported his love of comics and his dream of becoming a comic book artist. Williams was inspired to become a comic book artist at the age of 15 after seeing Jim Lee's artwork in ''Uncanny X-Men'' #272. List Of Batman Family Enemies
The Batman family enemies are a collection of supervillains appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. These characters are depicted as adversaries of the superhero Batman and his allies. Since Batman first appeared in ''Detective Comics'' #27 (May 1939), his supporting cast has expanded to include other superheroes, and has become what is now called the "List of Batman supporting characters#Bat-Family, Bat-family". As with most superheroes, a cast of recurring enemies to the Batman family have been introduced throughout the years, collectively referred to as Batman's "rogues gallery". Jason Todd
Jason Peter Todd is a character appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. First appearing in ''Batman (comic book), Batman'' #357 in March 1983, he was created to succeed Dick Grayson as Robin (character), Robin, Batman's partner and sidekick. He initially shared a similar origin to Grayson, being the son of circus acrobats who are killed by criminals in Gotham (Dick's were killed by a local mob boss who sabotaged their trapeze while Jason's parents were killed by Killer Croc) and adopted by Bruce Wayne, Batman's alter ego, as his son and protege. Following the ''Crisis on Infinite Earths'' event and the rebooting of DC's main comics universe, Jason's origin was changed to being a pre-teen street urchin and petty thief who Bruce adopted and mentored after finding the boy attempting to steal the tires off of the Batmobile.
