Ubungo
Ubungo District (officially known as Ubungo Municipal Council) is one of five districts in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, the others being Ilala to the South and Kinondoni to the North and Kigamboni across Kivukoni harbor. The Tanzania Electric Supply Company Limited (TANESCO) is a Tanzanian parastatal organisation established in 1964. It is wholly owned by the government of Tanzania. The Ministry of Energy and Minerals regulates the operations of TANESCO. Mlimani City is a shopping mall on Sam Nujoma Road, Ubungo, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. It is one of the largest malls in the country, with an area of . The opening ceremony was in November 2006.
