Swansea University
Swansea University () is a public university, public research university located in Swansea, Wales, United Kingdom. It was chartered as University College of Swansea in 1920, as the fourth college of the University of Wales. In 1996, it changed its name to the University of Wales Swansea following structural changes within the University of Wales. University of Western States is a private health science-focused university in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 1904, UWS is the second oldest chiropractic university in the world. The university has just under 1,000 students enrolled in both online and on campus. The University of Wisconsin–Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus (UW–Green Bay, Sheboygan Campus) is a university in Sheboygan, in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. History It was established in 1933 in space provided by the Sheboygan School of Technical, Vocational and Adult Education, within Sheboygan's Central High School. During its first semester of operation, the campus (then known as The Sheboygan County Center) offered six credits of coursework. A full range of courses did not become available until 1936 when a chemistry lab was installed. Sophomore courses were added, but with the advent of the World War II, low enrollments forced the program to be curtailed. Following the war, classes were restored. After the war, enrollment increased dramatically, climbing from 30 students in 1945 to 152 in 1946. The Institute of technology, polytechnic university of the University of Wisconsin System, it enrolls more than 6,900 students. The University of Wisconsin–Superior (UW–Superior or UWS) is a Public university, public liberal arts university in Superior, Wisconsin, United States. UW–Superior grants associate, bachelor's, master's and specialist's degrees. The university enrolls 2,559 undergraduates and 364 graduate students. History Originally named "Superior Normal School", the university was founded by Wisconsin legislators as a school to train teachers in 1893. Superior Normal School's first class graduated in 1897. Success Academy Charter Schools, originally Harlem Success Academy, is a charter school operator in New York City. Eva Moskowitz, a former city council member for the Upper East Side, is its founder and CEO. It has 47 schools in the New York area and 17,000 students. According to the ''New York Post'', Success Academy had 17,700 applicants for 3,288 available seats, which resulted in a wait list of more than 14,000 families for the 2018–2019 school year. The shortage of seats can be at least partly attributed to New York state educational policy. The Upper West Side (UWS) is a neighborhood in the borough of Manhattan in New York City.
