Tünde Handó (born 1 May 1962) is a Hungarian jurist and judge, who served as the inaugural President of the OBH (National Judiciary Office) from 1 January 2012 to 30 November 2019. Tünde Csonkics (born 20 September 1958) is a Hungarian chess player who received the FIDE title of Woman Grandmaster (WGM) in 1990. She is a Hungarian Women's Chess Champion (1981). Biography In 1979, Tünde Csonkics won the International Women Chess Tournament in Nałęczów. In 1981, she shared the third place in the International Women Chess Tournament in Novi Sad. In 1991, Tünde Csonkics participated in the Women's World Chess Interzonal Tournament in Subotica, where she took 19th place. Tünde Szabó
Tünde Szabó (born May 31, 1974, in Nyíregyháza, Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg) is a Hungarian retired female swimmer and politician. Aged eighteen she won a silver medal at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, one at the 1991 World Championships in Perth, and two at the 1991 European Championships in Athens. On each occasion she finished second behind fellow Hungarian swimmer, Krisztina Egerszegi. Political career Szabó was appointed Secretary of State for Sports by minister Zoltán Balog in September 2015, replacing István Simicskó, who became Minister of Defence. She retained her position until 2022, when the secretariat was drew under the portfolio of the Ministry of Defence. Mihály Vörösmarty
Mihály Vörösmarty (archaically English: Michael Vorosmarthy 1 December 180019 November 1855) was an important Hungarian poet and dramatist. Biography He was born at Puszta-Nyék (now Kápolnásnyék), of a noble Roman Catholic family. His father was a steward of the Nádasdys. Mihály was educated at Székesfehérvár by the Cistercians and at Pest by the Piarists. The death of the elder Vörösmarty in 1817 left his widow and numerous family in poverty. As a tutor to the Perczel family, however, Vörösmarty contrived to pay his own way and go through his academic course at Pest. The activities of the Diet of 1825 enkindled his patriotism and gave a new direction to his poetry. He had already begun a drama, ''Salomon''.
