Tyke Tolbert
Tyke Tolbert (born September 15, 1967) is an American football coach and former player who is the wide receivers coach for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League (NFL). Tolbert previously served as wide receivers coach for the Arizona Cardinals, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Denver Broncos and New York Giants. College playing career Tyke attended Louisiana State University (LSU), where he played wide receiver for the LSU Tigers football team. Coaching career College coaching Tolbert started his coaching career as a graduate assistant at LSU in the spring of 1994 and quickly transferred to Northeast Louisiana to also work as a graduate assistant in the fall. Tennessee Titans
The Tennessee Titans are a professional American football team based in Nashville, Tennessee. 1998 Auburn Tigers Football Team
The 1998 Auburn Tigers football team was an American football team that represented Auburn University as a member of the Western Division of the Southeastern Conference during the 1998 NCAA Division I-A football season. In their sixth year under head coach Terry Bowden, the team compiled a 3–8 record, with a conference record of 1–7, and finished sixth in the Western Division. The Tigers began the season coached by Terry Bowden, who led the team to a 1–5 start. Criticism of the coaching arose among fans and key supporters, which resulted in Bowden's resignation on October 23, the day before the Tigers played Louisiana Tech. Tight End
The tight end (TE) is an offense (sports), offensive position in American football, arena football, and Canadian football. It is a hybrid that combines the characteristics and roles of both an offensive lineman and a receiver (football), receiver. 1994 LSU Tigers Football Team
The 1994 LSU Tigers football team represented Louisiana State University in the 1994 NCAA Division I-A football season. LSU finished with a 4–7 overall record (3–5 in SEC play). It was Curley Hallman's final season as head coach, as he was fired with two games remaining in the season, although he coached those contests. The beginning of the end for Hallman came in the season's third game. LSU led an Auburn squad, which went 11–0 in 1993 and won its first two games of 1994 under Terry Bowden, 23–9 going into the final period, but lost 30–26 when Auburn returned three interceptions for touchdowns in the fourth quarter.
