Peter Roy Sears (born 27 May 1948) is an English rock musician. In a career spanning more than six decades, he has been a member of many bands and has moved through a variety of musical genres, from early R&B, psychedelic improvisational rock of the 1960s, folk, country music, arena rock in the 1970s, and blues. He usually plays bass, keyboards, or both in bands. ''Euphoria'' is an album by the American band Leftover Salmon. It was released via Hollywood Records in 1997. The band supported the album by touring with the 1997 H.O.R.D.E. festival. The album peaked at number three on ''Billboard'' Heatseekers – Mountain chart. Production Recorded in Denver, the album was produced by Justin Niebank. Pete Sears contributed keyboard parts to ''Euphoria''. Critical reception '' The Gazette'' called the album a "tame approximation" of the band's live sound. The ''Pittsburgh Post-Gazette'' labeled the album "alternative country," and deemed it "tight and conservative." Zydeco
Zydeco ( ; ) is a music genre that was created in rural Southwest Louisiana by French speaking, Afro-Americans of Creole heritage. It blends African and Caribbean rhythms, blues and rhythm and blues with music indigenous to the Louisiana Creoles, such as la la and juré. The main instruments are accordion and a zydeco rubboard, washboard, scrubboard or vest frottoir. Bill Payne
William H. Payne (born March 12, 1949, in Waco, Texas) is an American pianist who, with Lowell George, co-founded the American rock band Little Feat. He is considered by many other rock pianists, including Elton John, to be one of the finest American piano rock and blues musicians. In addition to his trademark barrelhouse blues piano, he is noted for his work on the Hammond B3 organ. Payne is an accomplished songwriter whose credits include "Oh, Atlanta". Matt Flinner
Matthew Warren Flinner is an American mandolinist, music transcriber, and ensemble leader. Mike Marshall has called him "one of the truly great young mandolinists of our generation." Biography Early years Flinner's first musical experiences were in Salt Lake as well. At age 10, his older brother Rex taught him how to play the banjo, and then the mandolin soon after. They formed the original Matt Flinner Trio, and played bluegrass music for tips. When his father hosted a bluegrass show on KRCL-FM in Salt Lake City, Flinner assisted in music selection. At age 12, Flinner joined the Peewee Pickers, who play bluegrass festivals and watched heroes perform, including the Osborne Brothers, Ralph Stanley, The Country Gentlemen, J. D.
