The Isuzu Turquoise, known as Turkuaz () in Turkey, is a 26/31 seater intercity midibus produced by Anadolu Isuzu. For the 31 seater, it was renamed the Euro Turquoise. It comes with a length of , and has a gross vehicle weight (GVW) of 10.4 t. It is powered by the 5.2L 4HK1E6C engine that produces 190 hp and 510 Nm of torque. The standard transmission is an Isuzu MZZ-6 6-speed manual while the NESS 6-speed automated manual became available as an option. Isuzu Turquoise has been sold to many countries, including Morocco. RV ''MTA Turkuaz'' is a Turkish research and survey vessel owned by the General Directorate of Mineral Research and Exploration (MTA) in Ankara. Commissioned in early 2017, she will operate in deep waters under the supervision of the Geophysical Directorate for Subsea Geophysical Exploration Division. The research vessel was ordered by Defence Industry Undersecretariate at Ministry of National Defence on April 24, 2012. She was entirely designed in SEFT Ship Design by Turkish engineers and built at Istanbul Shipyard in Tuzla, Istanbul, Turkey as the first-of-its-kind. She was launched on March 28, 2015. Turkuaz Airlines
Turkuaz Airlines was a charter airline based in Ankara, Turkey. It declared bankruptcy in 2010. Operations Turkuaz Airlines operated an extensive programme of charter flights on behalf of various tour operators. They also supplied aircraft for lease to other airlines. Their international destinations were to Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom, Israel, Germany, and the Netherlands. Their domestic destinations from Ankara were to Istanbul, Izmir, and Kayseri. Turkish Civil Aviation Authorities (SHGM) revoked the AOC (Airline Operating Certificate) for 90 days after an inspection of the company. Turkuaz (band)
Turkuaz was an American funk band based in Brooklyn, New York. History Turkuaz originally formed out of Boston's Berklee College of Music scene in 2008, releasing the ''Dollar Store'' demo album while many of its members were still attending Berklee. After relocating to New York City, they released their self-titled debut album in 2011. Within the same year, they also released their sophomore album, ''Zerbert''. Their third studio album, ''Digitonium,'' a concept album composed to synchronize with Disney's The Sword in the Stone, was released in 2015. The band did three performances of the music of Paul McCartney and Wings with original band member Denny Laine in 2018. Turkuaz's fourth studio album, ''Life in the City'', was released in 2018.
