Paul Hayden Desser (born February 12, 1971), who records as Hayden, is a Canadian singer-songwriter from Thornhill, Ontario. His early works are a largely eclectic mix of genres from grunge to alternative country, as demonstrated by his first full album, ''Everything I Long For'', released in 1995. Since then his work has become progressively more refined. CBC Music (formerly known as CBC FM, CBC Stereo and CBC Radio 2) is a Canadian FM radio network operated by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. It used to concentrate on classical and jazz. Zeus (band)
Zeus is a Toronto-based Canadian indie rock band signed to the Arts & Crafts record label. (Not to be confused with the first band ever to be called ZEUS A NWOBHM Band from Durham England formed in 79 still going.) Its members include Rob Drake, Carlin Nicholson, Mike O'Brien, and Neil Quin. The band have released three albums and one EP since 2009. They have also served as the backing band for Canadian musician Jason Collett. History O'Brien and Nicholson were childhood friends from Barrie, Ontario, and played in one another's first bands along with Afie Jurvanen. The Weather Station is a Canadian folk music band fronted by Tamara Lindeman, formed in 2006. Band membership has changed over the years, but the lineup includes Lindeman (lead vocals, piano), Ben Whiteley (bass), Johnny Spence (keyboards), Will Kidman (guitar), Christine Bougie (guitar), Karen Ng (saxophone, clarinet), Evan Cartwright (drums), and Kieran Adams (drums). History Tamara Lindeman was born in Ontario in 1984. She started in acting before forming her band. The band's debut album ''The Line'' was released in 2009.
