Tuaran F.C.
Tuaran ( ms, Pekan Tuaran) is the capital of the Tuaran District in the West Coast Division of Sabah, Malaysia. Its population was estimated to be around 128,200 in 2019 with half the population consists of ethnic Dusuns, most of the Lotud ethnic subgroup as well of Bajau descent. The remainder is mostly of the Malaysian Chinese community, particularly from the Hakka subgroup and Malay. The town is bordered on three sides by the Tuaran River. It is located north of the state capital Kota Kinabalu, and is strategically situated along the main highway linking Kota Kinabalu with the north of Sabah. Etymology The existence of Tuaran in colonial records can be traced as far back as 1813, in official letters written by Sir Stamford Raffles, the then British Governor of Java, seeking permission to accept the Sultan of Brunei's invitation to deal with piracy issues at 'Jawaran' in the north of Borneo. Tuaran River
The Tuaran River ( ms, Sungai Tuaran) is a river in West Coast Division, northwestern Sabah of Malaysia. It has a total length of from its headwaters in the mountains of northwest Sabah to its outlet at the South China Sea, northwest of Tuaran town. Mangifera Pajang
''Mangifera pajang,'' commonly know as wild mango, is a species of tree in the family Anacardiaceae. It is endemic to Borneo, where it is known by the various native names: ''buah'' ''bambangan, buah mawang and buah embang''. Description It is a tall tree, which can grow up to 15 to 50 meters (50-164 feet) tall. The leaves are simple, oblong shaped (28 – 45 centimeters long and 10-15 centimeters wide) with petioles that are 5-7 centimeters long. The tree is not grown commercially and can be found in the forests in Sabah and Sarawak, Malaysia. The flowers are elliptic-oblong and have 5 petals that are purplish-red on the inner surface and pinkish-white on the outside. The fruit is a fleshly drupe of globose shape measuring 15–20 cm across and has a rough skin, which is 5-7 millimeters thick. Hakka Language

Palm wine, known by several local names, is an alcoholic beverage created from the sap of various species of palm tree such as the palmyra, date palms, and coconut palms. Dusun
Dusun is the collective name of a tribe or ethnic and linguistic group in the Malaysian state of Sabah of North Borneo. Collectively, they form the largest ethnic group in Sabah. Dusun has been recognised as among the indigenous community of Borneo, with documented heritage by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) since 2004. Other similarly named, yet unrelated groups can also be found in Brunei and the Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. Bruneian Dusuns (Sang Jati Dusun) are directly related to the Dusun people of Sabah, both belong to the same Dusunic Family group.
