Tshepang Moremi
Tshepang Moremi (born 2 October 2000) is a South African soccer player who plays as a winger for AmaZulu in the Premier Soccer League. Moremi was an academy player at Sharpeville Benfica. He joined AmaZulu after playing for the Bizana Pondo Chiefs. He made his debut in the 2021-22 South African Premier Division in August against Mamelodi Sundowns, and scored his first goal in December against Kaizer Chiefs. He spent the 2022–23 season on loan at JDR Stars. After he returned, he played all AmaZulu's games.In late 2023 and early 2024, rumours arose that South African giants Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates were interested in Moremi. AmaZulu had the opportunity to place a high price tag on Moremi, should other clubs want to buy the player. Bizana is a town in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. It is the seat of the Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality. Winnie Mandela, ex-wife of Nelson Mandela, was born here in 1936. Oliver Reginald Tambo (popularly known as OR Tambo which the international airport in Johannesburg is named after) was also born and grew up in this town. The town has many surrounding villages. Hugo Broos
Hugo Henri Broos (born 10 April 1952) is a Belgian football manager and former player. He is the manager of South Africa national soccer team Playing career He started his football career in his hometown Humbeek, playing for KFC Humbeek and was discovered at the early age of eighteen by a scout from RSC Anderlecht. For more than ten years he was their central defender and helped them win three European trophies, three national championships and four Belgian Cups. Between 1974 and 1986 he represented Belgium, gaining 24 caps and finishing fourth at the World Cup in Mexico in 1986. In 1983 Broos switched teams and started playing for Club Brugge. The 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (also referred to as AFCON 2023 or CAN 2023) is scheduled to be the 34th edition of the Africa Cup of Nations, the biennial international men's football championship of Africa organized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF). The tournament is scheduled to be hosted by Ivory Coast, the second time the country would host the competition. The Confederation of African Football initially changed the dates of the tournament to June and July rather than the usual January, which first came into play in the 2019 tournament. It would have allowed the tournament to not conflict with other major tournaments, as well as allowing big name players to play for their nations in the tournament without missing games for their European club side.
