Trustkill Records
Trustkill Records is an American independent record label that started as a hardcore punk fanzine in April 1993. It started releasing hardcore, metal and rock records and merchandise in 1994. In 2010, the president of Trustkill, Josh Grabelle, formed a new label called Bullet Tooth Records. In 2022, the rights to the label were reverted to Grabelle and he resumed operations. The label has sold over two million albums worldwide. Distribution On January 9, 2007, Trustkill signed a deal for exclusive distribution in North America with Fontana Distribution, which is under the Universal Music Group umbrella. Trustkill is also distributed by SPV (Europe), Shock (Australia), JVC/Howling Bull (Japan), David Gresham (South Africa), and Liberation (Brazil). In 2009, independent hardcore label Think Fast! Fontana Distribution
Fontana Distribution was a division of San Franciscobased Isolation Network (now owned by the Virgin Music Group unit of the Universal Music Group since 2019). A minority stake of the company was owned by Universal Music until Ingrooves acquired Fontana Distribution from UMG in 2012 to form Ingrooves Fontana. In 2019, Universal Music Group acquired Fontana's owner, Ingrooves, returning Fontana back to UMG. A year later, Fontana Distribution was folded into Caroline Distribution, acquired in 2013 via Universal's purchase of EMI, which, another year later, was rebranded as Virgin Music Label & Artist Services. ArmsBendBack is an American band formed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The band was signed to Trustkill Records until it dissolved in 2010. ArmsBendBack's sound can be loosely defined as alternative rock, but the band takes influence from several genres, including hardcore, metalcore, and emo. Biography ArmsBendBack was formed in July 2001 by vocalist Mike Coasey and guitarist Carson Slovak. After writing a slew of songs together in Slovak's Philadelphia apartment, the duo recruited Brad Sloan on bass and Andrew Kegerise on drums. Walls of Jericho is an American metalcore band from Detroit, formed in 1998. History Candace Kucsulain, Apathemy's singer from 1996 to 1998, joined the band when it was founded. Poison the Well is an American metalcore band from Miami, Florida who were originally active between 1997 and 2010. It Dies Today (sometimes abbreviated "IDT") is an American metalcore band formed in Buffalo, New York, in September 2001. The band achieved success in 2004 with the release of their debut album, '' The Caitiff Choir''. Brandan Schieppati
Brandan Schieppati (born August 3, 1980) is an American musician. He is the singer of metalcore band Bleeding Through and a former guitarist/songwriter of the fellow Orange County metalcore band Eighteen Visions, for which he played from 1997 to 2002. He is also a bodybuilder, personal trainer and "Rise Above Fitness" gym owner. He was strictly straight edge from an early age until his late twenties. Career Schieppati has been in Eighteen Visions, Throwdown, Bleeding Through, The Mistake and Die Die My Darling, a Misfits cover band from which nothing has been released.
