True Colors (Zedd Album)
''True Colors'' is the second studio album by Russian-German electronic music producer Zedd, released on 15 May 2015 through Interscope Records. The album includes collaborations with artists such as Jon Bellion, Troye Sivan, Selena Gomez, rapper Logic, upcoming production duo Botnek and bands like Echosmith, Bahari and X Ambassadors. It also features uncredited production contributions from Rock Mafia and KDrew. The first single from the album, " I Want You to Know" featuring Selena Gomez was released on 23 February 2015. The single entered the top 20 on ''Billboard'' Hot 100, at number 17. Anton Zaslavski (; born 2 September 1989), known professionally as Zedd (), is a German record producer and DJ. His stage name, Zedd, was derived from ''zed'', the Z#Name and pronunciation, English pronunciation, barring American English, for the first letter of his surname. "Addicted to a Memory" is a song by Russian-German DJ and record producer Zedd and features vocals from American girl group Bahari from his second studio album, '' True Colors''. It was written by Zedd, Jack Dylan Grazer and Matthew Koma and was released on 14 April 2015 as a promotional single. The song has received positive reviews and many called it a departure from his previous "pop-y" sounds. It was also compared to his previous electro songs, like "Stars Come Out", "Slam the Door" and "Shave It Up". The song was featured in a 2015 Gatorade commercial starring Lionel Messi.
