Tru Thoughts
Tru Thoughts is a British independent record label founded in Brighton in 1999 by Robert Luis and Paul Jonas. Since the acclaimed first album release of Bonobo's debut ''Animal Magic'', the label has put out over 200 LPs, across genres from electronic, funk, soul and hip hop to jazz, tropical, grime and more. It has developed a reputation for releasing a wide variety of high-quality music. Will Holland, widely known as Quantic, has released under a number of monikers on the label; including projects such as Quantic, The Quantic Soul Orchestra, Flowering Inferno, The Limp Twins, Quantic and his Combo Barbaro and his collaborations with Alice Russell and Nidia Gongora. Brighton
Brighton () is a seaside resort and one of the two main areas of the City of Brighton and Hove in the county of East Sussex, England. It is located south of London. Drumagick
Drumagick are the brothers JrDeep (born 1977) and Guilherme Lopes (born 1981). They are DJs and drum 'n' bass producers who live in São Paulo, Brazil. History JrDeep and Guilherme Lopes were exposed to the hardcore days back in 1993. JrDeep used to skateboard as a child, but at the age of 12 he got run over by a car and had to stay almost 6 months in recovery from the accident. He started to listen to the radio a lot at that time, when bands such as Information Society, Depeche Mode and New Order were on the billboards. As soon as he recovered from the accident, he took a DJ course and became increasingly interested in electronic music. Stevland Hardaway Morris ( Judkins; May 13, 1950), known professionally as Stevie Wonder, is an American singer-songwriter, who is credited as a pioneer and influence by musicians across a range of genres that include rhythm and blues, pop, soul, gospel, funk, and jazz. A virtual one-man band, Wonder's use of synthesizers and other electronic musical instruments during the 1970s reshaped the conventions of R&B. Oliver Dene Jones (born 1 June 1986), known as Skream, is an English electronic music producer based in Croydon. Skream was an early and influential exponent of the dubstep genre. After producing several singles, he released his first full-length album, ''Skream!'', in 2006. Skream and longtime collaborators Artwork and Benga co-founded a music group called Magnetic Man.
