Trouser Enthusiasts
Trouser Enthusiasts are an electronic dance music production group, formed by Belfast-born Ian Masterson and David Green. The group is best known as producers of pop and dance remixes, having worked for, most prominently, Pet Shop Boys, Dannii Minogue, and Saint Etienne. They have produced only one original single, "Sweet Release". History Green and Masterson first met in 1990 while still at school and, through a mutual obsession with Pet Shop Boys, decided to form a musical partnership of their own. Over the next few years they worked together on a number of demos under the moniker "Inedible" - Masterson's upbeat disco stylings providing the perfect contrast to Green's dark, brittle lyrics. This period culminated in an EP of six songs entitled "Superstardom" (including a cover of disco classic " Feels Like I'm In Love" and the very first remix by Trouser Enthusiasts). "Summer Night City" is a song recorded by the Swedish pop group ABBA, written by Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus as a tribute to their hometown of Stockholm. It is the group's second non-album single, released on 6 September 1978. It was recorded during the sessions of the group's upcoming '' Voulez-Vous'' album, but was eventually not included. However, it was included on the ABBA compilation album '' Greatest Hits Vol. 2'' in October 1979, more than a year after its release. Rod Thomas (born 30 October 1982), known professionally as Bright Light Bright Light, is a Welsh electro-pop singer, DJ, composer and producer based in New York City. Bright Light Bright Light incorporates many elements of nu-disco into his music, also branching into synthpop, dance and house music. "All That I Need" is the third single from Irish boy band Boyzone's third studio album, '' Where We Belong'' (1998). It was written and produced by Carl Sturken and Evan Rogers with remix and additional production by Rude Boy, Andy Bradfield, Trevor Steel, and John Holliday. This made it their first original single release not to be co-written by any members of the group. The song reached 1 in the UK Singles Chart in April 1998, selling 200,000 copies in the UK and earning a silver sales certification. Blue Pearl are an English electronic music duo consisting of American female singer Durga McBroom and British musician Youth (Martin Glover). They charted six times on the UK singles chart and had two songs reach the US ''Billboard'' Hot Dance Club Play chart. "Blue Fear" is an instrumental composition by Dutch disc jockey and producer Armin. It was initially released on 13 October 1997 as 12" vinyl in the Netherlands by Cyber Records. It is the first track from Armin van Buuren which reached a significant success. The single was rereleased on 16 August 2004 by Nebula as the fifth and final single from Armin's first studio album, '' 76''.
