Trnava (Međimurje)
The Trnava is a river in northern Croatia, a right tributary of the Mur (river), Mura River and the last significant one to flow into Mura before its confluence with Drava. It flows through Međimurje County. Geography and hydrography The river is 46,9 km (29,14 mi) long and its Drainage basin, watershed drains an area of about 250 km2 (96,5 sq.mi). It has its source at an elevation of 300 meters near the village of Vukanovec in the Gornji Mihaljevec municipality, which is situated in the hilly, northwestern part of the County. The upper course of the river flows southwards, then turns by the village of Macinec to the east. It flows further as a slow-moving plain stream, mouthing into the Mura. The river mouth is located near the village of Goričan at an elevation of 140 meters. Trnava is incorporated into the water retention ponds' and irrigation canal network of Međimurje County. Goričan
Goričan () is a municipalities of Croatia, municipality in Međimurje County, Croatia. Goričan is the only village belonging to the municipality. Its population in the 2011 census was 2,823. Of the entire population, 2,763 people identified themselves as Croats. Goričan is located in the eastern part of Međimurje County, near the Croatian-Hungary, Hungarian border and the Mur River, Mura. The nearby populated places include the villages of Donji Kraljevec () and Hodošan () in Međimurje County, as well as the town of Letenye in Hungary. The border checkpoint between Goričan and Letenye is located around 3 kilometres from the centre of the village. The border checkpoint is also the place where the Croatian A4 (Croatia), A4 motorway becomes the Hungarian M7 motorway (Hungary), M7 motorway, or the other way around. Čakovec Castle
Čakovec Castle or Zrinski Castle ( or or or ''Zrínyi-kastély'') is a medieval fortification in the middle of the town of Čakovec, the administrative seat of Međimurje County, northern Croatia. The castle is located in the Zrinski Park, not far from the city's central square, and is the biggest fortification in Međimurje County. It was constructed of hewn stone and red brick, and, during its more than 7-century-long history, subjected to several reconstructions. Today it is partly restored. The castle's main palace houses the Međimurje County Museum, the biggest museum in the county, and its atrium is also used as an outdoor theatre during the summer months. Moat

Donja Dubrava, Međimurje County
Donja Dubrava (; Kajkavian: ''Dolnja Dobrava'') is a village and municipality in Međimurje County, Croatia. Donja Dubrava is the only village within the municipality. According to the 2011 census, the village had 1,920 inhabitants, mostly Croats. The village of Donja Dubrava is located on the shores of the Drava river, at the confluence of the outflow canal from the artificial Lake Dubrava into the natural flow of the Drava. Lake Dubrava, the largest artificial lake in Croatia, and the hydroelectric power plant it is used for are named after the village. The confluence of the Mura into the Drava is also very close to the village, just over 5 kilometers to the south-east. Štefanec, Međimurje County
Štefanec () is a village in Međimurje County, Croatia. The village is administratively part of the wider area of Čakovec, the county seat and largest city of Međimurje County. It is located around 5 kilometres from the centre of the city. Situated between Čakovec and Štefanec is Ivanovec. The population of Štefanec in the 2011 census was 716. The D3 state road goes through the village.
