Trisha Tubu
Trisha Gayle Tubu (born October 24, 2000) is a Filipino volleyball player, who played for the Adamson Lady Falcons in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) before turning professional as an opposite spiker for the Farm Fresh Foxies in the Premier Volleyball League (PVL). She was a member of the Baby Falcons of Adamson University which made its maiden UAAP Girls’ Volleyball championship appearance in 2019. She was hailed Best Opposite Hitter in the 2022 V-League Collegiate Challenge. The social media noise about her femaleness made her stellar plays widely known. Personal life Tubu was raised in Concepcion, Tarlac where her family and friends have been with her in her young career. Concepcion, Tarlac
Concepcion, officially the Municipality of Concepcion (; ), is a municipality of the Philippines, municipality in the Philippine Province, province of Tarlac, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 169,953 people. 2022 V-League Collegiate Challenge
The 2022 V-League Collegiate Challenge is the first conference of the V-League (''14th season of the V-League franchise; 41st conference of the former Shakey's V-League'') after it relaunched this year after six years. The Shakey's Super League (SSL) is a women's volleyball league in the Philippines contested within the collegiate and high school levels. The league is organized by Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures Inc. (SPAVI) and the Athletic Events and Sports Management Group Inc. (ACES). The University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) volleyball championships consists of four tournaments, men's and women's in the collegiate division, and boys' and girls' in the high school division. Volleyball is a mandatory sport in the women's division.
