Triplex (building)
A duplex house plan has two living units attached to each other, either next to each other as townhouses, condominiums or one above the other like apartments. By contrast, a building comprising two attached units on two distinct properties is typically considered ''semi-detached'' or ''twin homes'' but is also called a ''duplex'' in parts of the Northeastern United States, Western Canada, and Saudi Arabia. The term "duplex" is not extended to three-unit and four-unit buildings, as they would be referred to with specific terms such as three-family (or triplex) and fourplex (or quadplex/quadruplex) or a more general multiplex. Because of the flexibility of the term, the line between an apartment building and a duplex is somewhat blurred, with apartment buildings tending to be bigger, while duplexes are usually the size of a single-family house. Variants US In dense areas like Manhattan and downtown Chicago, a duplex or duplex apartment refers to a maisonette, a single dwellin ...

Geastrum Triplex
''Geastrum triplex'' is a fungus found in the detritus and leaf litter of hardwood forests around the world. It is commonly known as the collared earthstar, the saucered earthstar, or the triple earthstar—and less commonly by the alternative species name ''Geastrum indicum''. It is the largest member of the genus ''Geastrum'' (or Geastrum, earthstar fungi) and expanded mature specimens can reach a tip-to-tip length of up to . Immature basidiocarp, fruit bodies are spherical—somewhat resembling puffballs with pointed beaks—and are partially or completely buried in the ground. As the fungus matures, the outer layer of tissue (the exoperidium) splits into four to eight pointed segments that spread outwards and downwards, lifting and exposing the spherical inner spore sac. The spore sac contains the gleba, a mass of spores and fertile mycelial tissue that when young is white and firm, but ages to become brown and powdery. Often, a layer of the exoperidium splits around the p ...

React (software)
React (also known as React.js or ReactJS) is a free and open-source software, free and open-source frontend and backend, front-end JavaScript library that aims to make building user interfaces based on component-based software engineering, components more "seamless". It is maintained by Meta Platforms, Meta (formerly Facebook) and a community of individual developers and companies. React can be used to develop single-page application, single-page, mobile, or server-side rendering, server-rendered applications with frameworks like Next.js and Remix (web framework), Remix. Because React is only concerned with the user interface and rendering components to the Document Object Model, DOM, React applications often rely on JavaScript libraries, libraries for routing and other client-side functionality. A key advantage of React is that it only re-renders those parts of the page that have changed, avoiding unnecessary re-rendering of unchanged DOM elements. Notable features Declara ...
