Trip Pittman
Lee "Trip" Pittman (born 1960) is an American politician from the state of Alabama. He was a Republican member of the Alabama Senate, representing the 32nd district. Early life and education Pittman was born in Birmingham, Alabama, and his hometown is Montrose. He earned a B.S. in commerce and business administration from the University of Alabama in 1982. He is a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon. Political career He won a special election on October 16, 2007, to replace former Alabama state senator Bradley Byrne. Pittman was re-elected in November 2010. He served as a delegate for the 2012 Ron Paul presidential campaign. In 2017, Pittman ran in the Republican primary to fill the vacancy for Jeff Sessions' U.S. Senate seat which became vacant when Sessions became United States Attorney General. Bradley Byrne
Bradley Roberts Byrne (born February 16, 1955) is an American business attorney and politician who served as the U.S. representative for Alabama's 1st congressional district from 2014 to 2021. Elected as a member of the state Board of Education as a Democrat in 1994, he became a member of the Republican Party in 1997, and served in the Alabama Senate from 2003 to 2007, representing the state's 32nd district. Byrne was chancellor of the Alabama Community College System from 2007 until he resigned in 2009 to run for the 2010 Republican nomination for governor of Alabama. In December 2013 he won a special election to represent the state's 1st congressional district in the United States House of Representatives. Byrne ran in the Republican primary for the 2020 United States Senate election in Alabama, but was defeated in the first round of the primary by Tommy Tuberville and Jeff Sessions. Fairhope is a city in Baldwin County, Alabama, United States, located on the eastern shoreline of Mobile Bay. The 2020 Census lists the population of the city as 22,477. Fairhope is a principal city of the Daphne-Fairhope-Foley metropolitan area, which includes all of Baldwin County. Daphne () is a city in Baldwin County, Alabama, United States, on the eastern shoreline of Mobile Bay. Roy Stewart Moore (born February 11, 1947) is an American politician, lawyer, and jurist who served as the 27th and 31st chief justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama from 2001 to 2003 and again from 2013 to 2017, each time being removed from office for judicial misconduct by the Alabama Court of the Judiciary.
