Triggerfinger (The Walking Dead)
"Triggerfinger" is the ninth episode of the second season of the post-apocalyptic horror television series '' The Walking Dead''. It originally aired on AMC in the United States on February 19, 2012. The episode was written by David Leslie Johnson and was directed by Billy Gierhart. In the episode, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln)'s actions initiate a standoff between his group, Dave (Michael Raymond-James) and Tony's (Aaron Munoz) men, and the walkers nearby. Meanwhile, Shane Walsh (Jon Bernthal) decides to save Lori Grimes (Sarah Wayne Callies), who has been injured in a car accident. Plot Lori Grimes, having got into a car accident while trying to find Rick, fends off two walkers and makes her way towards town. Back on the Greene farm, the rest of the group discover Lori's absence. Carol Peletier attempts to ask Daryl Dixon go find Lori, but learns he was the one who let her go alone to find Rick, and no longer wishes to be anyone's "errand boy." "18 Miles Out" is the tenth episode of the second season of the post-apocalyptic horror television series '' The Walking Dead''. It originally aired on AMC in the United States on February 26, 2012. The episode was written by Scott M. Gimple and series showrunner Glen Mazzara and directed by Ernest Dickerson. In the episode, Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and Shane Walsh (Jon Bernthal) debate Randall (Michael Zegen)'s fate, leading to a physical battle between the two. Meanwhile, the survivors at the Greene farm deal with Beth Greene (Emily Kinney)'s suicidal behavior. In addition, this episode foreshadows the revelation that people do not need to be bitten to turn into walkers when Rick and Shane find two walkers without any sign of bite marks on them, although Rick dismisses the importance of this discovery. Daryl Dixon is a fictional character from AMC's horror drama series '' The Walking Dead''. The character was created for the television series by writers Frank Darabont, Charles H.
