Travis Mager
Travis Alexander Mager (born September 9, 1990) is an American ice dancer. With former partner Lauri Bonacorsi, he is the 2011 U.S. Junior silver medalist. Career Early in his career, Mager skated with Lauren Ely. After a tryout in February 2008, he teamed up officially with Lauri Bonacorsi in late May 2008. Bonacorsi and Mager won the 2009 U.S. novice ice dancing title. They won the bronze medal at the 2009 JGP Lake Placid. Alexander Emil Caiola (September 7, 1920 – November 9, 2016) was an American guitarist, composer and arranger, who spanned a variety of music genres including jazz, country, rock, and pop. He recorded over fifty albums and worked with some of the biggest names in music during the 20th century, including Elvis Presley, Ray Conniff, Ferrante & Teicher, Frank Sinatra, Percy Faith, Buddy Holly, Mitch Miller, and Tony Bennett. Career During World War II Caiola played with the United States Marine Corps 5th Marine Division Band that also included Bob Crosby. Caiola served in the Battle of Iwo Jima as a stretcher bearer. Caiola was a studio musician in the 1950s in New York City. He released some minor records under his own name in that decade. Tarantella
() is a group of various southern Italian folk dances originating in the regions of Calabria, Campania and Puglia. It is characterized by a fast upbeat tempo, usually in time (sometimes or ), accompanied by tambourines. It is among the most recognized forms of traditional southern Italian music. Eugen Doga (born 1 March 1937) is a Romanian and Russian composer from the Republic of Moldova. Nana Mouskouri
Ioanna "Nana" Mouskouri ( el, Ιωάννα "Νάνα" Μούσχουρη ) (born 13 October 1934) is a Greek singer. Over the span of her career, she has released over 200 albums in at least twelve languages, including Greek, French, English, German, Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Spanish, Hebrew, Welsh, Mandarin Chinese and Corsican. The free dance (FD) is a segment of an ice dance competition, the second contested. It follows the rhythm dance (RD). Short Dance
The short dance (SD) was the first segment of an ice dancing competition from the 2010–2011 to the 2017–2018 seasons. It was approved in June 2010 by the International Skating Union (ISU). It merged the original dance (OD) and compulsory dance (CD), which were both discontinued. The ISU renamed the short dance to the rhythm dance (RD) in 2018. The SD was composed of two parts: the pattern dance (formerly known as the compulsory dance), which lasted about one minute and could be placed anywhere in the SD, and the creative section, which took up most of the SD.
