Tradewinds Square
The Tradewinds Square Tower was a proposed Skyscraper, megatall skyscraper located along Jalan Sultan Ismail in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The building was in planning stage with Tradewinds Corporation Berhad as the developer. It would have stood at a height of with 110 floors. It was expected to be completed in 2022, but construction was halted in 2018.The whole integrated development was previously known as Tradewinds Centre, before being renamed to Tradewinds Square. The development was expected to be built on the former Crowne Plaza Mutiara Hotel and Kompleks Antarabangsa site which were demolished in 2013. The company estimated that the RM6 billion ($1.37 billion USD) project would have taken seven years to complete, with construction expected to commence in early 2013. Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) is a multipurpose development area in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. KLCC refers to the area within and surrounding the KLCC Park but the term has also been widely used by buildings nearby to the vicinity. Designed to be a city within a city, the 100-acre site hosts the Petronas Towers, tallest twin buildings in the world, the Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur, fourth tallest hotel in the world, a shopping mall, office buildings and several hotels. Raja Chulan Monorail station is a Malaysian elevated monorail train station that serves as a part of the Kuala Lumpur Monorail (KL Monorail), located in Kuala Lumpur and opened alongside the rest of the monorail service on 31 August 2003. The Raja Chulan station is located closer to the northern side of the Kuala Lumpur Golden Triangle, a designated commercial hub in the city. The KL Monorail Line is the only operational monorail system in Malaysia. Operated as part of the Rapid KL system by Rapid Rail, a subsidiary of Prasarana Malaysia, it is one of the components of the Klang Valley Integrated Transit System. Tower M, formerly known as the KLCC East Gate Tower, is a proposed megatall skyscraper project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, situated within the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC). KLCC Property Holdings Berhad, which was also responsible for the development of the Petronas Twin Towers, is currently developing the building as part of the revised KLCC Development Master Plan 1995. The masterplan was reviewed in 2012 to enhance the development potential of the development's remaining undeveloped parcels. The Tower M precinct will consist of three office towers on top of a retail podium and come upon four acres of land named Lots L, L1 and M next to Persiaran KLCC MRT station, previously KLCC East on the Putrajaya Line.
