Tor Berntin Næss
Tor Berntin Næss (born 28 August 1942) is a Norwegian diplomat. He was born in Inderøy Municipality, and is a cand.oecon. by education. He started working for the Norwegian Ministry of Trade, and was appointed as a deputy under-secretary of state in the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1989. Inderøy is a List of municipalities of Norway, municipality in Trøndelag Counties of Norway, county, Norway. It is part of the Innherad Districts of Norway, region. The Royal Norwegian Ministry of Trade and Industry () was a Norwegian ministry responsible for business, trade and industry. It was first created in 1916, as the Ministry of Trade (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade, Shipping and Industry). It took its final name in 1997. The Royal Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs ( Norwegian or ''Utenriksdepartementet''; or ''Utanriksdepartementet''; UD) is the foreign ministry of the Kingdom of Norway. It was established on June 7, 1905, the same day the Parliament of Norway (Storting) decided to dissolve the personal union with Sweden. Ingvard Havnen
Ingvard Martin Havnen (born 26 July 1951) is a Norwegian diplomat. He is a cand.polit. by education, and started working for the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1980. Else Berit Eikeland
Else Berit Eikeland (born 22 October 1957) is a Norwegian diplomat. Eikeland began her career with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1987. She was promoted to subdirector in 1998 and later served as a counsellor at the Norwegian embassy in London from 2004 to 2006. Upon her return to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2007, she served as a senior adviser before becoming the head of department.
