Toppen Bech
Toppen Bech (28 March 1939 – 5 February 2024) was a Norwegian journalist. Biography Toppen Bech was born in Oslo, and was the mother of Alexandra Bech Gjørv. From 1960 to 1971 she worked for the newspaper ''Aftenposten'', and she edited the magazine ''Alle Kvinner'' from 1973 to 1978. She was assigned to the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation in 1984. She hosted a number of shows, including ''Unnskyld at jeg spør'' and ''Den blå timen''. In the television series ''Herskapelig'' she presented manor houses and mansions, and a total of 62 programs were produced between 1997 and 2006. Bech died on 5 February 2024, at the age of 84. Oslo ( , , or ; sma, Oslove) is the capital and most populous city of Norway. It constitutes both a county and a municipality. Alexandra Bech Gjørv
Alexandra Bech Gjørv (born 13 September 1965) is a Norwegian lawyer and businesswoman. She is the daughter of journalist Toppen Bech, and a daughter-in-law of politician Inger Lise Gjørv. She was assigned with Norsk Hydro from 1993 to 2007, and with Statoil from 2007 to 2010. She chaired the governmental commission appointed after the 2011 Norway attacks, which presented their findings in the Gjørv Report. In 2015 she became the chief executive of SINTEF. Sven Ole Fagernæs (born 12 March 1945) is a Norwegian jurist and civil servant who was Attorney General of Norway from 1993 to 2015. Sven Ole Fagernæs was born in Oslo and got a cand.jur. degree from the University of Oslo in 1972. He worked for the Norwegian Ministry of Justice and the Police from 1973 to 1976 and in that period also shortly worked as a junior judge at the Indre Sogn magistrate. In 1976 he started working for the Office of the Attorney General of Norway. He became assistant Attorney General of Norway in 1987. He was the Attorney General of Norway from 1993 to 2015, except for a period from 1998 to 2001 when he was acting permanent under-secretary of state in the Ministry of Justice.
