''Top Chef Family Style'' is an American reality television series and a spin-off of Bravo (American TV network), Bravo's ''Top Chef'' series. The show features young chefs teaming up with adult family members to compete in culinary challenges for a prize. The series was ordered in May 2021 by streaming service Peacock (streaming service), Peacock. It is hosted by Meghan Trainor with Marcus Samuelsson serving as head judge. The series premiered on September 9, 2021, and concluded on December 2, 2021. In the season finale, niece and uncle Delilah and Daniel "Danny" Flores were declared the winners, with daughter and mother Anika and Anupama "Anu" Kumar placing as runners-up. In 2022, the second episode "Truffles, Caviar & Prawns -- Oh My!" received the James Beard Foundation Award for Reality or Competition Visual Media. Douglassville is a census-designated place (CDP) in Amity Township in Berks County, Pennsylvania, United States. Douglassville is situated along U.S. Route 422 and Pennsylvania Route 724. Developments include the Amity Gardens subdivision, the West Ridge subdivision, the Briarwood subdivision, and the High Meadow subdivision. Douglassville also includes Cider Mill and the Woods Edge subdivision along Pennsylvania Route 562. As of the 2020 census, the population of the CDP was 518 residents. Lomi-lomi salmon (or lomi salmon) is a side dish in Hawaiian cuisine containing salted salmon, onions, and tomatoes. Its origin is similar to '' poisson cru''. It resembles ''pico de gallo'' not only in appearance, but also in the way it is often consumed: as an accompaniment (or condiment) to other foods, in this case '' poi'' or '' kalua pork''. Hawaiians of yesteryear would probably not recognize the contemporary version of this dish served today. However, it is seen today as a quintessential side dish when serving traditional Hawaiian foods or at traditional lū‘au festivities. Kwame Onwuachi
Kwame Onwuachi (; born November 11, 1989) is an American chef based in New York City, New York. He has opened or owned several restaurants including Shaw Bijou, Kith and Kin, and Tatiana. A published author and restaurateur, he also appeared as a contestant on ''Top Chef'' (season 13) in 2015. He was recognized by ''Food & Wine'' magazine, ''Esquire'' magazine, and the James Beard Foundation as "Rising Star Chef of the year" in 2019.
