Toomas Uibo
Toomas Uibo (born 29 August 1971) is an Estonian aviation specialist, singer and politician. In 2023, he was elected a member of XV Riigikogu, representing the Estonia 200 party. Uibo was born in Tallinn. He is the son of actor and theatre director Väino Uibo and cultural organizer Riina Uibo. He has a brother, Märt Uibo. He was formerly in a long-term relationship with politician and civil servant Liisa Pakosta Liisa-Ly Pakosta (born 3 September 1969) is an Estonian politician. She is a member of the XV Riigikogu. Estonia 200 (, E200) is a liberal political party in Estonia. Since 2024, the party has been a junior partner in the Michal cabinet. History Formation and 2019 elections In 2017, the initiators of the movement began discussing Estonia's future. The movement's formal foundation arguably took place on 2 May 2018, when their manifesto was first published. Liisa-Ly Pakosta (born 3 September 1969) is an Estonian politician. She is a member of the XV Riigikogu. Between 2015–2022 she was a Gender Equality and Equal Treatment Commissioner. She served as the Director-General of the National Heritage Board from July 1, 2022, to October 16 of the same year. In the 2023 elections, she ran for the Riigikogu as a candidate for the Estonia 200 party and received 1,731 votes in electoral district number 2 (Tallinn Central, Lasnamäe, and Pirita districts), securing her election as a member of the Riigikogu.
