''Tool Box'' is the fifth studio album from American country music artist Aaron Tippin. It features the singles "That's as Close as I'll Get to Loving You", "Without Your Love", "Everything I Own" and "How's the Radio Know". "That's as Close as I'll Get to Loving You" reached Number One on the ''Billboard'' country charts in 1995, giving Tippin the second Number One of his career. "Without Your Love" reached #22, and the other two singles both missed Top 40 in the U.S. The album was certified gold by the RIAA. Aaron Tippin
Aaron Dupree Tippin (born July 3, 1958) is an American country music singer, songwriter and record producer. Initially a songwriter for Acuff-Rose Music, he gained a recording contract with RCA Nashville in 1990. His debut single, " You've Got to Stand for Something" became a popular anthem for American soldiers fighting in the Gulf War and helped to establish him as a neotraditionalist country act with songs that catered primarily to the American working class. Under RCA's tenure, he recorded five studio albums and a Greatest Hits package. Tippin switched to Lyric Street Records in 1998, where he recorded four more studio albums, counting a compilation of Christmas music. After leaving Lyric Street in 2006, he founded a personal label known as Nippit Records, on which he issued the compilation album ''Now & Then''. Dennis Linde
Dennis Linde (pronounced LIN-dee, March 18, 1943December 22, 2006) was an American musician and songwriter based in Nashville who has had over 250 of his songs recorded. He is best known for writing the 1972 Elvis Presley song, "Burning Love", an international hit that has been featured in at least five motion pictures. In 1994, Linde won BMI's "Top Writer Award" and received four awards as BMI's most-performed titles for that year. He never liked publicity, and shunned awards shows to the extent of having family members collect his awards for him. He wrote both words and music for most of his songs, rarely collaborating with co-writers. He earned 14 BMI "Million-Air" songs (a song played on the air one million times). James Walton Aldridge Jr. (born November 12, 1955, in Florence, Alabama) is an American musician, singer, songwriter, engineer and record producer. Aldridge is known primarily as a Muscle Shoals songwriter, having had songs recorded by a diverse group of artists from Lou Reed to Reba McEntire over a period of six decades. "I Can Help" is a rockabilly song written and performed by Billy Swan. Released in July 1974, it became a big crossover smash some four months later, reaching No. 1 on both the ''Billboard'' Hot 100 and Hot Country Singles charts in November. Although Swan had other charting singles on both the Hot 100 and country charts, the song is generally recognized as his only major hit single release. Tony Martin is a country music songwriter who has had fifteen number-one hits as a songwriter. Alan Gordon ("Big Al") Anderson (born July 26, 1947) is an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter. In the 1960s, Anderson was the frontman of Connecticut-based band the Wildweeds, whose song "No Good To Cry" (written by Anderson) was a regional success in 1967. From December 1971 until December 1993, he was the lead guitarist in the band NRBQ, and released several solo albums. Tom Curtis Shapiro (born in Kansas City, Missouri) is an American songwriter and occasional record producer, known primarily for his work in country music. Jan Anna August Leyers (born 16 May 1958 in Wilrijk, Belgium) is a Belgian singer, songwriter, and television personality. He was a member of the group Soulsister and later became a solo musician and host of various television series. Music career Jan Leyers was born in Wilrijk, in Antwerp. When he was about 10 years old, he found an acoustic guitar in his attic, and his father, an architect, taught him how to play. 10 years later, he started the group Beri-Beri with Hugo Matthysen, Bart Peeters, and Marc Kruithof.
