Tommy Eichenberg
Tommy Eichenberg (born January 11, 2001) is an American professional American football, football linebacker for the Las Vegas Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Ohio State Buckeyes football, Ohio State Buckeyes. Early life Eichenberg grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and attended Saint Ignatius High School (Cleveland), Saint Ignatius High School. As a senior, Eichenberg was named first team All-Ohio after making 126 tackles with eight sacks, 23 tackles for loss, and five passes broken up. He initially committed to play college football at Boston College, but re-opened his recruitment during his senior year. Eichenberg ultimately signed to play at Ohio State over offers from Michigan, Michigan State, Iowa, and Kentucky. He was a 4-star recruit. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and typically line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and so back up the defensive linemen. Redshirt, in United States college athletics, is a delay or suspension of an athlete's participation in order to lengthen their period of eligibility. Typically, a student's athletic eligibility in a given sport is four seasons, aligning with the four years of academic classes typically required to earn a bachelor's degree at an American college or university.
