Tomcat Alley
''Tomcat Alley'' is an interactive movie FMV video game developed by The Code Monkeys for Sega CD. It was the first Sega CD game to feature extensive full screen, full motion video. It was later released, with higher quality video, for Windows-based PCs. A 32X version was also in development, but never released. Storyline The player controls a United States Navy pilot who has to bring peace and stability to the world after the cash-poor former Soviet Union sold off some of its military equipment to an unfriendly government. The game takes place in a full screen, full motion video, first-person perspective, and the player has to move quickly to launch missiles at enemy aircraft. The Code Monkeys
The Code Monkeys Limited was a British video game developer based in Dewsbury, England, and founded in February 1988 by Colin Hogg, Mark Kirkby and Elliot Gay. It was known for porting video games to various platforms. In February 2011, shareholders of the company decided to wind down the company, which was effective two weeks later. The company went on to develop games for home computers as far back as the ZX81 and video game consoles such as the Mega Drive and the original PlayStation. Cancelled Sega 32X Games
This is a list of cancelled Sega 32X video games. The 32X was an add-on to the Sega Genesis video game console that was designed as a cheaper, more incremental hardware alternative to the Sega Saturn. However, the dwindling of the aging Genesis market and the more advanced Saturn dwarfing it led to low sales and a very brief lifespan - launched in late 1994, it was discontinued by early 1996. Many games - even Sega's own - were cancelled simply because games were not able to be finished in this short time, with games either being moved on to the Saturn, or cancelled outright.
