Biography Judge Malone was born on December 29, 1953, in Wichita, Kansas Wichita ( ) is the largest city in the U.S. state of Kansas and the county seat of Sedgwick County. As of the 2020 census, the population of the city was 397,532. The Wichita metro area had a population of 647,610 in 2020. It is located in .... He graduated from Newman University in 1976 and from Washburn Law School in 1979. He is now married and has three children. Legal career Judge Malone practiced law with the firm Redmond & Nazar, L.L.P. for 12 years with a focus on business and commercial litigation. Thomas Malone (born March 29, 1984) is a former American football punter. He was signed by the San Francisco 49ers as an undrafted free agent in 2006. He played college football at Southern California. He is the cousin of NFL Punter Robert Malone. Malone has also been a member of the New England Patriots, New York Sentinels, Seattle Seahawks, Sacramento Mountain Lions, and St. Louis Rams. Early years Malone went to Temescal Canyon High School. After beginning his football career at wide receiver he became a punter after discovering that he could kick the ball far better. After looking at USC, Stanford and Washington, he chose USC. He graduated a semester early and enrolled at USC in the spring of 2002. College career Malone entered the 2002 season as USC's first true freshman starting punter in ten years, playing all 13 games and averaging 42.1 yards on his 62 punts. Thomas Joseph Malone (17 May 1876 – 5 June 1933) was a New Zealand cricketer who played first-class cricket for Canterbury from 1896 to 1909. Malone was a right-arm spin bowler, able to move the ball either way off the pitch, who often opened the bowling. He bowled unchanged throughout the innings when he took his best first-class figures, 7 for 30 against Otago in 1896–97. Canterbury dismissed Otago in the first innings for 68, but Otago recovered to win by 146 runs. He represented New Zealand once, in a four-day match against the touring Melbourne Cricket Club in 1905–06, a tour that, despite the strength of the Melbourne team, does not have first-class status. Thomas Winer Malone (November 1, 1929 – January 22, 2018) was a Bahamian wooden boat builder who single-handedly crafted over 200 dinghies in his lifetime. Ranging , his boats were hewn from memory without the use of power tools, jigs, or templates. Malone used wood from trees he cut himself on the Abaco Islands.
