Tom Lees
Thomas James Lees (born 28 November 1990) is an English professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for club Huddersfield Town. He will become a free agent on 30 June 2025. Lees began his career in the youth teams at Leeds before turning professional with the Yorkshire club in early 2009. He made his professional debut whilst on a season-long loan at Accrington Stanley in their Football League Trophy first round victory over Oldham Athletic in September of the same year. He joined Bury on a similar deal the following season and was voted the Players' Player of the Year in the Shakers' promotion-winning campaign before returning to Leeds in the summer of 2012 where he established himself as a first-team regular. John Coleman (footballer, Born 1962)
John Coleman (born 12 October 1962) is an English football manager and former player. He is currently the manager of League of Ireland Premier Division side Waterford. Playing career Coleman had a long playing career, mainly in non-league football for Kirkby Town, Burscough, Marine, Southport, Runcorn F.C. Halton, Macclesfield Town, Morecambe, Lancaster City and Ashton United. He also had a short spell in Wales with Rhyl. He was one of the most prolific non-league goalscorers in history, with over 500 goals to his name in a career spanning almost two decades. Loan (sports)
In sports, a loan involves a particular player being able to temporarily play for a club other than the one to which they are currently contracted. Loan deals may last from a few weeks to a full season, sometimes persisting for multiple seasons at a time. A loan fee can be arranged by the parent club as well as them asking to pay a percentage of their wages. Association football Players may be loaned out to other clubs for several reasons. Most commonly, young prospects will be loaned to a club in a lower league in order to gain invaluable first team experience. In this instance, the parent club may continue to pay the player's wages in full or in part. Paul David Huntington (born 17 September 1987) is an English professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for Bradford City. Club career Newcastle United Huntington joined Newcastle United Academy on 1 July 2004. He was promoted to the reserve squad in late 2004 to play tougher opposition and gain experience. Leigh David Bromby (born 2 June 1980) is an English retired footballer who played as a defender. Bromby primarily played for Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United, and is the only player to have played 100 league games for both teams.
