Thomas Joseph Leahy (13 January 1888 – 7 May 1964) was an Australian rules footballer who played 111 games with North Adelaide and 58 games with West Adelaide in the SAFL. Family The son of George Joseph Leahy (1861–1910), and Annie Mary Leahy (1860–1929), née McKenzie, Thomas Joseph Leahy was born at Goodwood, South Australia on 13 January 1888. He married Agnes Shannon on 29 November 1917. Education He was educated at the Christian Brothers College in Wakefield Street, Adelaide. Tommy Leahy (Kilkenny Hurler)
Thomas Leahy (22 January 1907 – 29 December 1978) was an Irish hurler who played as a centre-forward for the Kilkenny senior team from 1932 until 1937. Leahy made his first appearance for the team during the 1932 championship and became a regular player over the next decade. During that time he won three All-Ireland winner's medal, five Leinster winner's medals and a National Hurling League winners' medal. At club level Leahy enjoyed a lengthy career with the Emeralds club, however, he failed to win a county club championship winners' medal. Leahy's brother, Terry, was also an All-Ireland medal-winner with Kilkenny. Tom Leahy is a paralympic athlete from Ireland competing mainly in category BC2 Boccia events and F32 throwing events. Leahy competed in eight Paralympic Games. He won three Paralympic gold medals, three silver medals, and two bronze medals. Personal life Tom Leahy is from Ballyhooly in County Cork, Ireland. He is a painter, and his paintings have been featured in children's books, and he has sold his paintings in exhibitions. Tommy Leahy (Tipperary Hurler)
Thomas Leahy (16 November 1905 – 17 October 1981) was an Irish hurler. At club level he played for Boherlahan and was the left wing-forward on the Tipperary senior hurling team that won the 1930 All-Ireland Championship. A native of Tubberadora, County Tipperary, Leahy played his club hurling with Boherlahan and won four Tipperary Senior Championship medals between 1924 and 1928. Leahy made his first appearance for the Tipperary senior hurling team during the 1927 Munster Championship. In the following years he had several successes, including a Munster Championship medal, and an All-Ireland Championship medal. The latter coming when Tipperary defeated Dublin in the final in 1930.
