Tokashiki, Okinawa
is a village located in the Kerama Islands in Okinawa Prefecture, Japan. The village is part of Shimajiri District. Tokashiki is known for its corals, sea, beach and sun. From Tomari Port in Naha, it takes less than one hour to reach this island. On 28 March 1945, during World War II, 394 inhabitants, mostly from farmer families, were forced by Japanese soldiers to kill themselves, initially with grenades, after the landing of US troops. Geography The island of Tokashiki consists of 10 islands of various sizes in the center of the Kerama Islands. The village is located approximately west of Naha, the prefectural capital of Okinawa. These islands are rugged and mountainous. The duo started out as assistants to Motohiro Kato, before being put in charge of illustrations on '' Alive: The Final Evolution''. Following that series' completion, they began ''Noragami'', which was serialized from 2010 to 2024. Biography Adachitoka is made up of Adachi, who was born on December 14 in Murayama, Yamagata, and Tokashiki, who was born on November 28 in Naha. After graduating from college, they moved to Tokyo and submitted their work to the '' Monthly Jump'' editorial department. They rejected it, but told them to submit it to the ''Afternoon'' department instead. After a lack of response, they decided to submit for the ''Monthly Shōnen Magazine'' award. After that, they worked as an assistant to Motohiro Kato. The pair debuted in 2003 with the illustrations for the manga series '' Alive: The Final Evolution''. ...

Katsuo Tokashiki (渡嘉敷 勝男, born July 27, 1960, in Okinawa, Japan) is a Japanese former WBA Light flyweight champion. He currently works as an actor and television persona, and runs his own boxing gym in Tokyo, Japan. Childhood & Early career Tokashiki was born in Okinawa, but was raised in Takarazuka, Hyogo. He caused all sorts of trouble from an early age, and was infamous in his local town by the time he reached high school. He dropped out of school to begin training as a professional boxer, and traveled to Tokyo, where he entered the Kyoei boxing gym. The WBA Light flyweight champion Yoko Gushiken also trained at the Kyoei gym during the same period. Tokashiki made his professional debut in December, 1978. Professional career Tokashiki was a short (even for a light flyweight) and quick fighter, and quickly emerged as one of Japan's best youngest boxers. is a Japanese professional basketball player for the JX-Eneos Sunflowers of the Women's Japan Basketball League (WJBL). Professional career WJBL Tokashiki has played for the JX-Eneos Sunflowers, a team based in Kashiwa, since their 2010–11 season where she made her professional debut. In her opening season she led the Sunflowers to a championship as well as taking home Rookie of the Year, a place on the Best 5 team and the MVP award. She has enjoyed much success in this league and has led the Sunflowers to a championship each year since her debut. WNBA Tokashiki was signed by the Seattle Storm for the 2015 WNBA season. In her first year with the Storm, she made the WNBA All-Rookie Team. Tokashiki signed a multiyear deal with the Storm in 2016. She played with the Storm during the 2016 and 2017 seasons, but missed the 2018 season to focus on preparing for the 2018 FIBA Women's World Cup with the Japanese national team.
