To The Stars Inc., formerly known as To The Stars Academy of Arts & Sciences Inc., is a San Diego-based company co-founded by Tom DeLonge (guitarist of Blink-182 and Angels & Airwaves), Harold E. Puthoff ( parapsychologist), and Jim Semivan (author). The company, which is composed of aerospace, science, and entertainment divisions, has produced music recordings, books, television shows and films. A focus of the company is the promotion of UFOs and other fringe science. History and funding The company was founded in 2017 as a public benefit corporation by Jim Semivan, Harold E. Puthoff, and Tom DeLonge. The Entertainment Division was created by acquiring DeLonge's previous media company, To the Stars, Inc. In September 2017, the company began offering $50 million worth of public stock through a Regulation A+ equity crowdfunding campaign. ''The Dream Walker'' is the fifth studio album by alternative rock band Angels & Airwaves, released on December 9, 2014, through To the Stars. The album marks major changes in the band's lineup and production, as it is their first album to feature drummer Ilan Rubin, the first since ''We Don't Need to Whisper'' to not feature bassist Matt Wachter and the only album not to feature guitarist David Kennedy. It is also their first without longtime producer, Jeff “Critter” Newell, who died in 2012. It is instead co-produced by DeLonge and Aaron Rubin. Geoff Herbach (born October 30, 1969) is an American novelist. Born in Dubuque, Iowa, on October 30, 1969, Herbach grew up in Platteville, Wisconsin. Peter Levenda is an American author who focuses primarily on occult history. He is best known for his book ''Unholy Alliance'', which is about Esoteric Hitlerism and Nazi occultism. Occultist Alan Cabal wrote in 2003 that Levenda was the writer with the pseudonym of "Simon", the author of the '' Simon Necronomicon'', a grimoire that derives its title from H. P. Lovecraft's fictional Necronomicon, featured in Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos stories.
