Tiziana Lauri (born 25 December 1959) is a retired Italian ballet dancer. Early life and education Daughter of noted dancers Guido Lauri and Anna Maria Paganini, she followed in her parents's footsteps (although against their will) by training with Attilia Radice at the Rome Opera House. André Prokovsky
André Prokovsky (13 January 1939 – 15 August 2009) was a Franco-Russian ballet dancer, choreographer, and company director. Admired as a bravura performer and an innovative choreographer, he had a varied career that was broadly international in scope. Biography Born in Paris to Russian parents, Prokovsky began ballet training in his youth, studying with some of the leading teachers in Paris, including Lubov Egorova, Nora Kiss, Serge Peretti, and Nicholas Zvereff. At age fifteen, he made his stage debut with the Comédie-Française in a 1954 production of Molière's ''Les Amants Magnifiques''. He then danced in ballet troupes directed by Jeanine Charrat, Jean Babilee, and Roland Petit before joining the London Festival Ballet as a soloist in 1957. Despite his stocky physique, he had developed great technical control in his dancing and was capable of performing multiple pirouettes and high, soaring leaps. Giulio Neri (21 May 1909, Torrita di Siena - 21 April 1958, Rome) was an Italian operatic bass, particularly associated with the Italian repertory. Neri studied first in Florence with Ferraresi, and completed his studies in Rome. He made his stage debut in 1935, at the Teatro delle Quattro Fontane in Rome, where he sang mostly comprimario roles. He then joined the Rome Opera in 1938, where he quickly established himself as one of the leading basses of his generation. He sang throughout Italy, making his La Scala debut in 1941. Patrick Dupond
Patrick Dupond (14 March 1959 – 5 March 2021) was a French ballet dancer and artistic director. He made a name for himself in 1976 when he won the gold medal at the Varna International Ballet Competition in Bulgaria. A virtuoso dancer, he was named danseur étoile of the Paris Opera Ballet in 1980 and met with considerable success in France, which did not prevent him from having an international career. He worked with eminent dancers such as Rudolf Nureyev, Maurice Béjart and Alvin Ailey, and in 1990 he became dance director of the Paris Opera Ballet, succeeding Nureyev. He left this position in 1995, then the Paris Opera in 1997, dismissed, in his words, for "his insubordination and indiscipline".
