Jacob Christopher "Tito" Ortiz () is an American politican and retired mixed martial artist and Submission grappling, submission grappler. Ortiz is best known for his career with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), where he is a former UFC Light Heavyweight Championship, UFC Light Heavyweight Champion, having held the title from April 14, 2000, to September 26, 2003.
