Timeblazers
''Timeblazers'' is a Canadian television series that aired on YTV from July 5, 2003 to July 9, 2005 with a total of 40 episodes in 3 seasons. Synopsis It features Sam and Jen, two young people who illustrate the origin of present-day customs and technologies as well as discuss notable people through some methods of time travel. Sam and Jen generally do this after a preteen asks a question regarding the origins of something. They travel into the past to explain the happenings and wonders of the old times. Originally, Shakira, who was portrayed by Jasmine Richards was the preteen who generally originated the questions; however, in later episodes, another preteen named Alex replaced her. Alex was portrayed by Stephen Joffe. Stephen Joffe
Stephen Joffe (born August 23, 1991) is a Canadian actor and singer. He is best known for his role as Alex in the television series '' Timeblazers''. Early life Joffe was born in Toronto, Ontario, on August 23, 1991, to Jewish parents. He graduated from the National Theatre School of Canada in 2012. Career Joffe begins his acting career when he appeared as Itchy in the children's television series '' Noddy''. Joffe went on to play the 8-year-old version of Noah Emmerich's character in the 2000 science fiction thriller film ''Frequency'', featuring Dennis Quaid and Jim Caviezel. Joffe played the role of Alan, the boyfriend of a dysfunctional woman, in the rework of '' The Crackwalker''. Jasmine Denise Richards (born June 28, 1990) is a Canadian former actress and singer. She is best known for portraying Margaret "Peggy" Dupree in the ''Camp Rock'' series, as well as Margaret Browning-Levesque in the Family Channel sitcom '' Naturally, Sadie'' and Judge Tara in '' Overruled!''. Life and career Richards was born in Scarborough, Ontario to immigrants from Barbados. She moved to Oakville at 1 year old. She went to Iroquois Ridge High School.
