Timbalai Airfield was an airfield located on the western coast of Labuan, Malaysia.Rottman, Gordon L (2001), p.262 The airfield was built by the Imperial Japanese after occupying Labuan Island. The Japanese airfield was later made unserviceable from Allied bombing raids. Labuan (), officially the Federal Territory of Labuan ( ms, Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan), is a Federal Territory of Malaysia. Its territory includes and six smaller islands, off the coast of the state of Sabah in East Malaysia.
