Tim Ward (musician)
Timothy Christopher Ward is an American musician best known as the former bassist and co-lead vocalist for the Mukilteo, Washington based post-hardcore band The Fall of Troy and as a singer and guitarist for the band Trash Kids. Early life and career Ward attended Kamiak High School and graduated in 2003. He met his bandmates Andrew Forsman and Thomas Erak while there, and they began a band called The 30 Years War with another member, Mike Munro. The 30 Years War independently released two EPs. In late high school Munro left the band, and the trio decided to continue their music, calling their new group The Fall of Troy. The Fall of Troy In May 2003, just before their high school graduation, The Fall of Troy entered the studio to record their first full-length album, which was released on Lujo Records and Equal Vision Records. Mukilteo
Mukilteo ( ; ) is a city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is located on Puget Sound between Edmonds and Everett, approximately north of Seattle. The city had a population of 20,254 at the 2010 census and an estimated 2019 population of 21,441. The current site of downtown Mukilteo (also named Old Town) has been inhabited by the Snohomish people for at least 1,000 years before present. The Treaty of Point Elliott was signed in Mukilteo in 1855, opening the region to American settlement. A new town was founded at Mukilteo and served as the provisional county seat of Snohomish County in early 1861. __NOTOC__ The Gibson Grabber was a bass guitar introduced in 1973 along with the Gibson Ripper, both designed by Bill Lawrence. The Grabber featured a bolt-on neck similar to Fender basses and shared a similar body shape with the Ripper. A distinctive feature of the Grabber was its adjustable pickup, which could be positioned by the player to simulate a neck or bridge pickup position, or in between, to provide further tonal variation. The pickup was brighter than the traditional Gibson style humbuckers. The Grabber had one volume and tone control each, and a removable bridge cover. Jazz bass is the use of the double bass or electric bass guitar to improvise accompaniment ("comping") basslines and solos in a jazz or jazz fusion style. Riggins is a city in the western United States in Idaho County, Idaho.
