Timothy Patrick Sheehy (; born November 18, 1985) is an American politician, businessman, Aerial firefighting, aerial firefighter, and former United States Navy SEALs, Navy SEAL serving as the United States Senator, junior United States senator from Montana since 2025. Sheehy founded Bridger Aerospace, an aerial firefighting and wildfire management company, in 2014. Sheehy ran in the 2024 United States Senate election in Montana as a Republican Party (United States), Republican. He won the party's nomination on June 3, and defeated three-term Democratic Party (United States), Democratic incumbent Jon Tester in the general election. Ranger School
The Ranger School is a 62-day United States Army small unit tactics and leadership course that develops functional skills directly related to units whose mission is to engage the enemy in close combat and direct fire battles.
