Tim Nurse
Tim Nurse (born 11 May 1999) is an English field hockey player, who was named in the 2024 Summer Olympics team. Biography Nurse, born in Bournemouth, was educated at Ballard School (New Milton) and studied Sports Performance under a King Scholarship at the University of Bath. He was part of the Team Bath Buccaneers Hockey Club while at University. He helped the Great Britain U21 team win consecutive Sultan of Johor Cups in 2017 and 2018. Nurse made his England debut on 19 February 2022 against Argentina in the FIH Pro League and played in the 2023 EuroHockey Championships in Germany. He was named in the Great Britain squad at the 2024 Summer Olympics. Surbiton Hockey Club is a professional field hockey club based in Long Ditton, Surrey, England. The club is one of the oldest hockey clubs in the world, being established in 1874. The home ground is based in Long Ditton, at Sugden Road. The women's team have been champions of England on nine occasions and the men's team have been champions of England three times. The 2024–25 Men's England Hockey League season is the 2024–25 season of England's field hockey league structure and the England Hockey Men's Championship Cup for men. The Sultan of Johor Cup is an annual, international under-21 men's field hockey tournament held in Malaysia. Since the first edition held in 2011, five teams have emerged victorious. Team Bath Buccaneers Hockey Club is a field hockey club based in Bath, Somerset, England. It is one of the largest and most successful Hockey Clubs in the West of England with over 800 members.
