Tim David
Timothy Hays David (born 16 March 1996) is a Singaporean and Australian cricketer. He played for the Singapore national cricket team between 2019 and 2020, before switching allegiance to Australia in 2022. He was part of the Australian team's squad for the 2022 T20 World Cup. He has played for various Twenty20 franchise teams. He made his international debut for Singapore in July 2019 and played 14 T20Is, making his debut for Australia in 2022 against India. He is currently playing for Indian Premier League franchise Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Early life Timothy Hays David was born in Singapore to Rod David, a cricketer who played for Singapore at the 1997 ICC Trophy. The family moved to Singapore from Australia in the 1990s where his father worked as an engineer. They moved back to Australia when he was two years old in the wake of the 1997 Asian financial crisis and he grew up in Perth. 1997 ICC Trophy
The Carlsberg 1997 ICC Trophy was a cricket tournament played in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia between 24 March and 13 April 1997. It was the Cricket World Cup qualification tournament for the 1999 Cricket World Cup.
