The Tiergarten (, ), formal German name: (, or deer park, game hunting park), is a prominent park in Berlin's inner-city area, located completely in the Tiergarten (Berlin), district of the same name. Kleiner Tiergarten ("Small Tiergarten (park), Tiergarten") is a park in Moabit, Berlin, Germany. Location The park is located in Moabit, a division of Mitte, the central borough of Berlin. It is bounded to the north by ''Turmstraße'', ''Alt-Moabit'' to the south, ''Ottostraße'' to the west, and ''Wilsnacker Straße'' to the east. Tiergartenstraße, or Tiergartenstrasse (see ß), is a street in the Tiergarten district in central Berlin, the capital of Germany. The street runs east-west along the southern edge of the Großer Tiergarten park from Kemperplatz and Ben-Gurion-Straße near Sony Center and Potsdamer Platz in the east to the intersection of Hofjägerallee and Klingelhöferstraße in the west. On the street’s southern side, the street intersects with (from east to west), Herbert-von-Karajan-Straße, Stauffenbergstraße, Hildebrandstraße, Hiroshimastraße and Clara-Wieck-Straße. "Tiergarten" is a song written and performed by Canadian-American singer-songwriter Rufus Wainwright. Released in October 2007, it was the third single from Wainwright's fifth studio album, '' Release the Stars''. A limited edition (500 copies) 12" vinyl single containing "Supermayer Lost in Tiergarten" was released on October 27. A one-track EP also containing the Supermayer remix was released in the UK through iTunes and 7digital on October 29. Both the album version and remix of "Tiergarten" failed to chart in any country despite the success of ''Release the Stars''.
