Tichá
Tichá is a municipality and village in Nový Jičín District in the Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 2,000 inhabitants. Etymology The name literally means 'silent' in Czech. Geography Tichá is located about east of Nový Jičín and south of Ostrava. It lies in the Moravian-Silesian Foothills. The highest point is the hill Tichavská hůrka at above sea level.
