Leo Paul Kocialkowski (August 16, 1882 – September 27, 1958) was an American politician who served five terms as a Democratic U.S. Representative from Illinois from 1933 to 1943. Biography Kocialkowski was born in Chicago, Illinois, the son of Michael and Dorothy (née Wendzinski) Kocialkowski, and was orphaned at an early age. Daniel David Rostenkowski (January 2, 1928 – August 11, 2010) was a United States Representative from Chicago, serving for 36 years, from 1959 to 1995. He became one of the most powerful legislators in Congress, especially in matters of taxation. He was imprisoned in 1996.
