''This Music'' is the debut studio album by Australian singer-songwriter Celia Pavey. It was released in July 2013 and peaked at number 14 on the ARIA Charts. Background and release In 2013 Pavey auditioned for ''The Voice Australia'' and was mentored by Delta Goodrem. In June she became the second runner-up behind Harrison Craig and Luke Kennedy. She was signed to Universal Music Australia immediately following the show and recorded an album featuring songs Pavey had performed on the show along with "a couple of extras". "Believe Me" was released as the first official single from the album on 5 July but failed to impact the Australian singles chart. In an interview with ''Cream'' in August 2013 Pavey responded to the question of recording original material; "It was good fun doing covers, and cover work is really good for artists to practise, but I was really excited to get one of my own compositions on there. Celia Pavey, known professionally as Vera Blue, is an Australian singer-songwriter signed with Island Records Australia, which is part of Universal Music Australia. "Woodstock" is a song written by Canadian-American singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell. At least four versions of the song were released in 1970. The Shirelles
The Shirelles were an American girl group formed in Passaic, New Jersey, in 1957. They consisted of schoolmates Shirley Owens (later Shirley Alston Reeves), Doris Coley (later Doris Kenner-Jackson), Addie "Micki" Harris (later Addie Harris McFadden), and Beverly Lee. Founded in 1957 for a talent show at their high school, they were signed by Florence Greenberg of Tiara Records. Their first single, "I Met Him on a Sunday", was released by Tiara and licensed by Decca Records in 1958. ''The Sound of Music'' is a musical with music by Richard Rodgers, lyrics by Oscar Hammerstein II, and a book by Howard Lindsay and Russel Crouse. It is based on the 1949 memoir of Maria von Trapp, '' The Story of the Trapp Family Singers''. Set in Austria on the eve of the ''Anschluss'' in 1938, the musical tells the story of Maria, who takes a job as governess to a large family while she decides whether to become a nun.
